César is a sociologist with a masters from Alberto Hurtado University, Santiago, and has been working with social projects for many years, including Fundación para la superación de la Pobreza (Servicio País), Fútbol+. He has written articles for Techo Magazine and contributed the research for our documentary Taltal en la mesa. He also coordinates much of our national and international fundraising. His work continues to take the EFTG social project to the next level.
